Thank you for purchasing one or more of our products at our online store a www.richbay.co.za, operated by Richbay Chemicals Pty Ltd.
Goods may be returned for either a refund or a replacement, within 14 calendar days of your purchase. You are required to return the products to Richbay at your own cost. The product must be returned in the same condition you have received it and undamaged in any way. If there is any damage detected on the returned product due to courier transport please take a date and time stamped photo of the damaged stock as evidence.
After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or replacement accordingly. If the item has been found to be non-conforming of it’s original specifications, a full refund of the initial purchase for that product will be sent to the refunds department for actioning.
The money will be refunded via the original payment method that was used during the purchase. For credit card payments, the process may take up 5-10 business days, for a refund to show on your credit card statement. If the product received back, is damaged in any way, or you initiated the return, after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
