This premium alkaline cleaner effectively removes proteins, fats, oils, sugars, and organic residues from stainless steel tanks, pipelines, heat exchangers, filling machines, and bottling lines without the need for manual scrubbing or disassembly.

Formulated with caustic soda, chelating agents, and surface-active additives, CIP Alkaline Cleaner penetrates and saponifies fats, dissolves protein deposits, and lifts soils away from surfaces, even in hard water conditions. Dilution & Usage Instructions:

• Light Soiling: 1–2% solution (10–20ml per 1L water)
• Moderate Soiling: 2–4% solution
• Heavy Soiling / Burnt-On Residue: 4–6% solution
• Recommended Temperature: 60–80°C for optimal cleaning
• Circulation Time: 15–30 minutes depending on soil level

Safety Warning: Highly alkaline and corrosive. Always wear chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles, face shield, and protective apron. Do not use on aluminium, galvanised, or soft metal surfaces. Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with potable water after use.
